A brand new puzzle room this year taking place in the 2nd floor Lounge. A magician has disappeared. Did he find some real magic or is foul play afoot? Maybe you can find out from the clues he left behind.

This year we are offering three puzzle rooms to choose from. Come for one or take on all three in one night! Each is priced at $15/person with up to 10 people per session. Sessions take place at 6:00pm, 7:30pm, and 9:00pm. And then come early, stay after, or perhaps in between puzzle rooms enjoy our Circus Perplexus. A Bump in the Night

FAQ

Q.  So is there food this year?

          A.  We decided it made more sense to let people buy just the food they want so there will be no dinner party as part of the event this year. Instead we will be selling concessions in the circus area which one could make a dinner of. There are also many fine restaurants within walking distance.

Q.  How does the pricing work?

          A.  Each puzzle room you wish to do is $15. Consequently if you are looking to do one puzzle room, the total cost will be $15. Two rooms would be $30, and all three rooms would be $45.

Q.  Are all circus activities included in the price of admission?

          A.  For the most part yes with the exceptions of the concessions and the tarot card readings which are an extra cost if you wish to purchase them.

Q.  Is this scary?

          A.  For the most part, no. Our aim is not to scare anyone. However, in the spirit of the season we do aim to create a spooky atmosphere, though mostly in a festive way. Still, you never know for sure what might be lurking in a dark corner.

Q.  Will there be clowns?

          A.  Well there ought to be clowns. Consequently we can not promise that this event will be 100% clown free. but we're not actually planning on having any.

Q.  Is this suitable for children?

          A.  This event is definitely aimed at adults and much of it would be above the head of a young child. However teenagers and bright middle school kids would probably do just fine.

Q.  What is a Puzzle Room for those of us who have not done one?

          A.  You enter a room with a particular objective such as opening a locked door.  But instead of simply searching for a key, you discover various puzzles in the room which often lead to other puzzles.  Eventually, by solving them, the puzzles will lead you to what you need to meet your objective.

Q.  Is there nearby parking?

          A.  There is a small lot right next to the building, and a church parking lot next to that which you are free to use.  There is also free street parking.

Q.  Is this a fundraiser?

          A.  Yes it is.  This event is being put on Braden Lodge #168 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons with the proceeds going to help our scholarship fund and operating expenses.
